is this you now?

i know how you feel...

  • Your body doesn’t bounce back the way it used to.
Recovery takes longer. The same workout that fired you up in your 20s now leaves you sore, tight, or dealing with nagging aches that weren’t there before.

  • You’re noticing that it’s easier to gain fat and harder to build muscle.
Your metabolism’s slowed. You eat like you used to, but now the weight creeps in around the waist while muscle gains stall.

  • You’re tired of training hard and not seeing the same results.
You’re still putting in the effort — but the returns are smaller. And sometimes, you're not even sure it's worth the strain.

  • You’ve got more responsibilities, less time, and zero interest in wasting effort.
Between work, family, and life, your time is limited. You can’t afford fluff — you need a method that works and respects your schedule.

  • You’re starting to realize you can’t afford injuries anymore.
One wrong move, one rushed rep, and you're out for weeks. You’ve learned the hard way that training smart is the only way forward.

  • You want to feel strong, athletic, and capable again — not just ‘fit for your age’.
You don’t want pity. You want power. You want to move like a younger version of yourself — maybe better — with control, balance, and freedom.

  • You’re looking for a method that grows with you — not one that burns you out.
You're done chasing ego lifts. Now it's about resilience, strength that lasts, and progress that feels good and looks good.

  • You know your body’s changing — you’re just not willing to give up on it.
You refuse to “accept decline.” You're ready to adapt, evolve, and find a way to train that keeps you strong for decades to come.

"I'm like Romelu Lukaku on the field!"
"It's amazing how much stronger I felt after using the "Introduction to Calisthenics" program for just a few weeks. I play football and I just don't recognize myself anymore, I'm like Romelu Lukaku on the field! I'm now following "Bodyweight Conditioning" program and I keep progressing consistently. Just amazing!"

"the difference is like night and day!"
"I started following Nico's method last year and after 2 months or so, everyone thought I was noticeably more muscular! After 5 months I could do sets of 5 one-arm push-ups, which seemed absolutely impossible before. I feel so much stronger now and can easily perform moves like pull-ups and L-sits on the floor. The difference is like night and day!"

Paul d., philippines
Stylist, louis vuitton

"I can fit in my old clothes again"
"I’ve been training with Nico (mostly online) for close to a year now, and I am getting positive results. Do I look like Shawn Mendes now? No, but I feel stronger—and I feel good! Sure I can talk about breathing better during cardio or doing more and correct push-ups, but I’m honestly just happy I can fit in my old clothes again. His training method—albeit online—is thorough and effective. He definitely knows his sh*t!"

Dhamar r., Indonesia
Banker, scb

"It took me a couple of months to do what I tried doing for 8 years"
"As a woman, I always thought I'd never be able to do "real" push-ups but it was still my goal. For 8 years, every coach told me I was too ambitious and I would probably never get there. But with this method, it only took me a couple of months to go from knee push-ups to whole sets of perfect push-ups with full range of motion! Thank you!"

frequently asked questions

Here's a few answers to questions you might have. Do not hesitate to send me a message if you want to ask me about something else!

can i really build strength with calisthenics?

If you think gymnasts are strong, you got your answer.
There is also a good reason why pull-ups, push-ups, and other bodyweight exercises are used as benchmarks in military and other armed forces tests.

Bodyweight strength is not only an indicator of overall fitness, it is also the most functional type of strength.

Of course, this strength transfers to weightlifting as well. The harder the bodyweight exercises you can do, the heavier you can pull, push, or strike.

Can I build muscle with bodyweight training?

Absolutely!
Your body only responds to resistance, and does not care where that resistance comes from. If the exercise challenges you, your body will adapt and build muscle, increase strength, or improve your flexibility depending on the stimulus.

It's also important to note that we don't limit ourselves to bodyweight exercises for the sake of it. When weights make more sense, we use weights. But in most cases, minimal equipment and movement-based exercises take our athletes a very long way until they need to add weight.

is calisthenics safe for my age?

Yes, it is arguably the safest type of training you can do.

It is important to differentiate calisthenics from street workout. Calisthenics is simply the art of building strength and muscle by using gravity and your own bodyweight as resistance.

Anything that is movement-based can be considered calisthenics, even running and climbing.
It is the first step in any rehab program because it is the safest starting point for everyone.

do i have the level to follow your program?

Yes, you do.

The mindful and progressive nature of my method means it is suitable for any level, from rehab patients returning to normal activity, to elite athletes who need to stay ahead of the competition, and of course everybody in between.

This method is for everyone.

how long will it take to see results?

Everybody's physiology is different, and people respond to the same training differently.

However, almost everyone starts feeling great and moving better within the first month, while the first strength improvements usually become obvious after 2 months.
After 3 months, you can expect solid progress in strength, muscle mass and mobility.

After 6 months of consistent training and proper nutrition, people around you will notice you look more muscular and leaner. You'll also be considerably stronger and will be able to do a lot of movements you couldn't before.

After 12 months, you should be completely transformed. More pull-ups, abs of steel, higher jumps, a flexible back, pain-free joints... You will feel bulletproof and will look like it.

From then on, nothing will stop you.
You'll keep getting fitter, stronger, and leaner year after year.

Expect people to ask you for the secret to reverse aging...

do i need a gym membership?

The short answer is no.
You won't need a gym membership to train with me since your training can be done with minimal equipment, which I will help you select of course.

However, if you want to make sure you really have all the tools and space required, it might be more convenient for you to join a gym.
They will surely have everything we use in my method.

The only thing you might want to buy even if you join a gym is your own set of resistance bands.
But if you choose to train with me for at least 6 months, I will personally send you one for free!

Enso bodyweight strength method

Enso

The philosophy behind the name

In Zen, an Enso is a circle that is hand-drawn to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create.
The Enso symbolizes strength, elegance, personal development, simplicity, mindfulness. It is characterized by a minimalism born of Japanese aesthetics and is an expression of self through movement.

The circle may be open or closed. In our case, the circle is incomplete, allowing for movement and development towards mastery of our craft.
Although a Zen master can usually draw a better Enso than a beginner, this is of very little importance. Anyone can practice it regardless of their level, and what is important is self development.

Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses a variety of movements (often derived from gymnastics), to increase strength, flexibility, and improve posture, body composition and overall fitness.
The word calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek words for beauty and strength.

The way we practice calisthenics in our community has a lot in common with the philosophy of the Enso.
We train to develop our strength and overall fitness with minimal equipment, and pursue mastery of our bodies through movement.
We strive for perfection and push ourselves to become stronger and fitter everyday, but always mindfully and intelligently. We trust and enjoy the process of going through each required step, in order to get long term results and benefits without ever hurting ourselves.

Calisthenics movements are also a way for us to express ourselves and get creative with our bodies, just like gymnasts and other performers. Masters can perform these movements more beautifully, but anyone can practice calisthenics regardless of their level. Just like with drawing the Enso, we are not concerned with one's level of mastery, but rather with self development and becoming better than yesterday.

When you train with us, you'll build your dream body, you'll enjoy long term health benefits, you'll finally be able to hold a handstand or whatever your goal may be, and you will love the process of training pain-free, location-free, and moving more and more freely.

Nicolas Sart

the coach

Hi!
My name is Nico and here's why I can help you peak in your 40's and beyond.
Like a lot of men, I started my training journey at the gym, lifting weights.
And like a lot of beginners, I made quick gains in the first few months and got addicted to it.
It worked well for a while...
But in my late 20s, the traditional gym model just didn't work for me anymore.
I started to find weights boring and dangerous.
But it was also really complicated to build muscle, and stay strong and lean at the same time.
It felt like I always had to keep working harder just to maintain what I already had.
There was no real "gain", at least not on the long term.
I was trapped in a “train one, lose the other” cycle.
Eventually I picked one: I chose to stay lean, and of course, lost all my strength and a lot of muscle.
I couldn't do a pull-up anymore and it hurt my confidence.
So I decided to rebuild bodyweight strength first, and think about putting on muscle later.
But to my surprise, training for strength made me look much fitter and leaner than when I used to train for looks.
I was getting the whole package without even trying.

That was my first breakthrough.
If you want to look fit, train to actually be fit.
Looks always come as a by-product of training to be the real deal.
Fast forward 11 years later, I'm 39 and I can do one-arm chin-ups for reps.
Two things helped me do this:
• My studies of gymnastics and Olympic strength training.
• My experience in martial arts methods.
The first one allowed me to build effective strength and movement programs, the second one helped me follow a safe and sound progression curve.
Martial arts actually inspired the whole philosophy behind my training method: mindful and progressive.
This is not only to make your training safer, but it's also the best way to keep progressing predictably without hitting plateaus.
This is how we will rebuild your strength step by step, help you move like you never did before, and as a result, sculpt the most athletic body you've ever dreamed of.
In short, we are going to make you younger and transform you into the athlete you've always wanted to be.
By the way, I'm also a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (ISSA), and a certified Calisthenics Coach (WCO).

Looking forward to helping you join the 0.1% strongest and most mobile men on Earth.
