Hi!
My name is Nico and here's why I can help you peak in your 30s and later.
Being the son of an athlete and coach, I started working out early in life.
From track and field to martial arts, I did a lot of sports.
Once I turned 16, my dad allowed me to join a gym, a real one, where I could finally lift heavy weights and get serious.
I learnt a lot and quickly became passionate about optimizing my training to stay in shape and look good.
This worked well...
Until my late 20s when I got really busy between a demanding job and my social life, and I started losing muscle and strength.
My traditional gym plan just didn't work anymore.
I couldn't even do a pull-up and I didn't like that.
The first thing I wanted to reclaim was my strength.
So at 28, I designed a plan to reboot my whole physique.
Fast forward 10 years later and I can do one-arm chin-ups for reps.
Two things helped me do this:
• My studies of gymnastics and Olympic strength training methods.
• My experience in martial arts training.
The first one allowed me to build effective strength and movement programs, the second one helped me follow a safe and sound progression curve.
The latter represents the whole philosophy behind my training method: mindful and progressive.
This is not only to make your training safer, but also more predictable in terms of results.
Together, we will rebuild your strength step by step, help you move like you never did before, and as a result, sculpt the most athletic body you've ever dreamed of.
In short, we are going to unleash your potential and transform you into the athlete you're supposed to be.
By the way, I'm also a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (ISSA), and a certified Calisthenics Coach (WCO).

what do i specialize in?

I specialize in 2 things.

The first one is my own method, which is designed to build tremendous bodyweight strength and mobility, step by step, through safe and controlled calisthenics and other movement-based exercises.
This kind of training carries over all other sports and activities, and will help you perform on another level.

My method is especially suitable for beginners and intermediates who have ambitious goals.
It is simple and straightforward, you just need to put in the work.
The second thing I specialize in is helping people build a tough mind and a discipline of steel.
Discipline is not innate.
It is a skill which must be learnt, practiced, and honed.

True strength is both mental and physical, and this is what I teach.

how long does it take and how much does it cost?

I offer 3 different options based on your profile:

• 3 Months / US$2,999: best for people who need a rehab or prehab program before restarting a physical activity.

• 6 Months / US$4,999: most popular option, this is usually enough to see an important transformation in strength, but also to get the knowledge required to train yourself.

• 1 Year / US$8,999: suitable for people who need continuous coaching and improvement in strength and mobility, while protecting themselves from injury (athletes, military, personal security).

do i need a gym membership?

The short answer is no.
You won't need a gym membership to train with me since your training can be done with minimal equipment, which I will help you to get of course.

However, if you want to make sure you really have all the tools and space required, it might be more convenient for you to join a gym.
They will surely have everything we use in my method.

how will i be charged?

I normally use Stripe (one of the leading payment platforms) to send a simple payment link with tax invoice.
If you are not comfortable using your card online, we can use bank transfers or whatever is more convenient for you.

will i be refunded if i am not satisfied?

Yes, if you follow my program diligently but do not see any improvement after 3 months, I will refund you in full.
