I will teach you everything you need to know, from lifestyle to strength science, until you don't need my help anymore and can keep progressing on your own. I won't hold anything back, this is part of your transformation.
I will support and coach you whenever you need me, answer all your questions and concerns, and ensure you stay on track to reach your goals. I will review your workouts to make sure you do them well and correct you if needed.
I offer 3 different options based on your profile:
• 3 Months / US$2,999: best for people who need a rehab or prehab program before restarting a physical activity.
• 6 Months / US$4,999: most popular option, this is usually enough to see an important transformation in strength, but also to get the knowledge required to train yourself.
• 1 Year / US$8,999: suitable for people who need continuous coaching and improvement in strength and mobility, while protecting themselves from injury (athletes, military, personal security).
The short answer is no.
You won't need a gym membership to train with me since your training can be done with minimal equipment, which I will help you to get of course.
However, if you want to make sure you really have all the tools and space required, it might be more convenient for you to join a gym.
They will surely have everything we use in my method.
I normally use Stripe (one of the leading payment platforms) to send a simple payment link with tax invoice.
If you are not comfortable using your card online, we can use bank transfers or whatever is more convenient for you.
