Hello! My name is Nicolas but you can call me Nico.
Being the son of an athlete, I have always been passionate about sport and performance, as well as the fitness and aesthetic sides of it. In fact, I can clearly remember training to be strong like Bruce Lee when I was 6 and trying to get the same biceps as Jean-Claude Van Damme when I was 8. That was around 30 years ago.
My goals and purpose have matured a bit, but this is how far my training experience dates back to and I have been specializing in bodyweight training ever since. Though I had my bodybuilding and commercial gym phase too.
My main passion now is to share my knowledge and help people get in the best shape of their life and this is why I have designed my own training method for you: the Enso Bodyweight Training System.
My method is based on a step-by-step and mindful progression. I am a strong believer that consistency is key, so count on me to push you and bring the discipline you need into your life so you get the body you've always dreamt of!
If you choose to hire me, I will personally take charge of your goals like they are mine. In fact, they will be mine!
I will provide you with ongoing support and education, and I guarantee you will be talking to me and not my team or anybody else. It will be private and personal, and together we will make sure you become the best version of yourself!
I will share everything I have learnt during my 30 years experience of training myself and others. The goal is for you to be able to make the right health choices yourself and work out safely and effectively, so you can stay in shape and even get fitter and fitter without me!
In case that was not obvious enough yet, I'll start by telling you I specialize in calisthenics (read on, don't let that scare you) and bodyweight training in general.
But what I really specialize in is my own method which I call mindful and progressive. Basically, what that means is that it is suitable and safe for people of all levels and especially complete beginners.
I am passionate about training people who have difficulty doing bodyweight exercises and might lack confidence, and transforming them step by step into very strong and fit individuals, all this safely and progressively.
Safety and minimum risk is what I live by when it comes to coaching.

In this book, you will learn everything you need to know to get fit, strong, build muscle and become super lean with calisthenics. This book includes 264 exercises with YouTube video links and a simple program designing system.
You will receive a VERY accurate program based on your current level and goals. I will then continually adjust it according to your progress and feedback. It is this follow-up that will be crucial to your progress.
I will support and coach you every day, answer all your questions and concerns and ensure you stay on track to reach your goals. I will review your workouts to make sure you do them well and correct you if needed.
I will teach you everything you need to know about fitness, nutrition and bodyweight training until you don't need my help anymore and can keep progressing on your own. I won't hold anything back, I am here to help you.

The short answer is NO. You won't need a gym membership to train with me since your training can be done with minimal equipment, and most pieces of equipment can be replaced with what you have at home (see our free ebook on the ebooks page).
However, if you want to make sure you really have all the tools and space required, it might be more simple for you to just train at your local gym. They should have everything we use in our method.
If you are going to train at home or outdoors, you will need to purchase some light and cheap equipment.
First of all, you will need a suspension training kit (like TRX, but any brand is fine). Secondly, you will need 2 or 3 resistance bands of different levels. With these 2, you can already go a long way.
Additionally, you might want to get a pair of dip bars, a pull-up bar, and maybe a pair of rings. You can also probably find these at your local park.
If you decide to get your own equipment, I will of course tell you exactly what you need and where to find it for a good price.
I will normally create a subscription on Stripe (one of the leading payment platforms). You will be able to choose whether you want to pay manually each month or get charged automatically. If paying online is really a problem for you, I don't mind receiving transfers as well or whatever is more convenient for you.
